Staff Awareness

Staff can be your greatest asset and also your worst enemy. You should know what they have access to and determine if this is appropriate. All server based systems will allow you to control who has access to what data and it is even possible to block the copying of data to USB pen drives should this be desired.

Staff can also make mistakes (can't we all) though simple guidelines and awareness training can help them avoid the most common pitfalls of phishing or fake emails and bad web sites or software.
